THE "GUEST PHOTOGRAPHER" ADVANTAGE: While our Leads focus on you, we include a dedicated Guest Photographer whose only job is to capture candid moments of your loved ones that you didn't even see happen. WHAT YOU GET (THE COMPLETE ARCHIVE): - 2 Senior Lead Shooters: Comprehensive multi-angle coverage (Bride & Groom). - 1 Guest Photographer: Dedicated candid shooter for guests. - Documentary Film (Video): A narrative-driven film weaving your Vows, Speeches, and Toasts into a true story. - The Master Archive: A physical Hard Drive containing ALL Raw Video Files + High-Res Photos. - The Heirloom: A premium 12x12" Hardcover Album included. - The Vault: 2-Year Cloud Backup of your memories.
Our Policy
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT SCHEDULE - Initial Retainer: A fixed Booking Fee (as displayed at checkout) is required online to officially lock in your date. - Progress Payment: Due 30 days prior to the event. This payment will be calculated to bring your total contributions to 80% of the final invoice value. - Final Balance: The remaining 20% is due upon completion of editing, prior to the release of final deliverables. Note: Gallery links/downloads are activated only after full payment. 2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS - First 48 Hours: 100% Refundable. - >30 Days Before Event: 20% Deposit forfeited. Excess payments converted to store credit (valid 6 months). - <30 Days Before Event: 20% Deposit + 60% Progress Payment (Total 80%) are non-refundable as crew resources have been committed. 3. POSTPONEMENT - >30 Days Notice: One (1) complimentary rescheduling allowed (same calendar year, subject to availability). - <30 Days Notice: Rescheduling fee of MYR 500 applies to cover logistics. 4. CREATIVE EDITING & REVISIONS - Photos: Delivered in Bingkai’s signature "Historian" style. Revisions for technical errors only. No body manipulation (slimming/reshaping) offered. - Videos: Includes one (1) round of minor changes (e.g., song swap). Structural changes to story flow are chargeable. 5. COPYRIGHT & RAW FILES - Copyright: Bingkai retains copyright for portfolio use. For total privacy, please request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to booking. - RAW Files: Not included unless you purchased the Signature Experience (Collection III) or an Archive Add-on. 6. CREW WELFARE - For bookings exceeding 5 hours, client agrees to provide warm crew meals (Halal) for the team. 7. DELIVERY & STORAGE - Timeline: Photos (4-6 weeks), Videos (8-10 weeks). - Storage: We host files for 6 months. Client must back up immediately. We are not liable for data loss after this period unless on the Signature Collection (2-Year Vault). 8. FORCE MAJEURE In the event of emergency/illness preventing the assigned Lead, Bingkai guarantees a replacement of equal skill and style. If a replacement cannot be found, a full refund is issued.
