Our Policy
Terms & Conditions: 1. Booking & Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due in two parts — before and after the event. Late payments may delay delivery. 2. Cancellation & Voucher - Cancellations made more than 1 month before the event: any amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be converted into a Bingkai voucher, valid for 6 months. - Cancellations made within 1 month of the event are non-refundable. 3. Postponement - Postponements made more than 1 month in advance can be rescheduled without penalty. - Requests made within 1 month may incur additional charges based on team availability and rescheduling logistics. 4. Editing & Revisions - Each package includes 1 complimentary round of edit revisions (photo or video). - Further edits are chargeable per round. Editing follows Bingkai’s creative and emotional storytelling style. 5. RAW Files - RAW photos and unedited video footage remain the property of Bingkai Photovisuals. - Requests for RAW files will be considered and may include additional fees. - Unauthorized use or distribution is not permitted without written consent. 6. Client Responsibilities - Clients are encouraged to share important moments or specific shot requests ahead of time. - Bingkai is not responsible for missed moments due to lack of coordination, unexpected delays, or restricted access during the event. 7. Delivery & Storage - Final images/videos will be delivered via a private Google Drive or Gallery Link in both high-resolution and web-friendly formats. - All files will be stored online for 6 months only. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files within this period. 8. Copyright & Usage - Bingkai Photovisuals retains the copyright to all images and videos. - Selected content may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. - Clients are granted personal-use rights for non-commercial purposes. 9. Force Majeure - In cases of unexpected circumstances (e.g. illness, accident, natural disaster), Bingkai will not be held liable for incomplete delivery. Alternate arrangements or partial refunds will be considered based on the situation.
