Our Policy

Applicable to all non-wedding events including birthdays, festive gatherings, and corporate functions. 1. Booking & Payment - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. - The remaining 80% is split: - 60% due 4 weeks before the event - 20% upon final delivery - Delayed payments may result in delivery delays. 2. Cancellation & Postponement - Cancellations more than 1 month before the event: any payment (excluding deposit) will be converted to a credit voucher, valid for 6 months. - Cancellations within 1 month are non-refundable. - Postponements are allowed at no cost if made more than 1 month in advance. - Postponements within 1 month may incur additional fees depending on rescheduling availability. 3. Delivery Timelines - Standard delivery: Photos: within 7–10 days - Highlight videos: within 10–14 days - Fast Edit: Delivery in 7 days - Same-Day Edit: Delivered within 5 hours during event day - Albums: Delivered within 14 days after layout approval - Final files are delivered via Google Drive or online gallery. 4. Storage & Responsibility - All final files will be stored online for 6 months after delivery. - Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all content during this period. - After 6 months, file availability is not guaranteed. 5. Add-On Terms - Add-ons must be requested at least 1 week before the event. - Physical album layout drafts will be shared for approval before printing. - Drone coverage is weather & venue-permitted only. - Same-Day and Fast Edits are subject to crew availability. 6. Usage & Rights - We retain copyright ownership of all content. - Selected images or videos may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. - Clients are granted personal-use rights. Commercial use must be approved.
